Drop-in

Looking for something a little more unstructured? Drop-in allows the athletes to explore the gym at their own pace without the commitment of a weekly class.

Guardian supervision is required for all preschool aged children.

Costs

All participants must have annual memberships to NGS and GymBC. Our NGS Family membership is $20 per year, and GymBC membership ranges from $17 to $175, depending on the athlete level.

$8.5 for 1 hour

$12.75 for the 1.5 adaptive

Punch Cards

Drop-in Punch Cards of 5 and 10 are available for sale at the office to Members:

  • $40 for 5 1-hour sessions;   $85 for 10 1-hour sessions

  • $60 for 5 1.5 hour sessions;   $120 for 10 1.5 hour sessions
