Looking for something a little more unstructured? Maybe your little one likes to explore the gym at their own pace, or you can't make weekly classes. Or you want more practice time to master those skills you've been learning in your recreational class? We have many options for drop-in where the gym space is open for your exploration.
Parent supervision is required for all preschool aged children.
** Please note that the insurance regulations from Gymnastics BC have changed. We are therefore no longer able to offer trampoline access to children under the age of 5 in Birthday Parties.

Fall 2025 Drop In Schedule
Ages 6 & Under: Wednesday 10:00am-11:00am
Ages 6 & under Friday 11:15am-12:15pm
$8 per drop in.

Costs
All participants must have annual memberships to NGS and GymBC. NGS Family membership is $20 per year, and GymBC membership ranges from $17 to $175, depending on the athlete level.

Punch Cards
Drop in Punch Cards of 5 and 10 are available for sale at the office to Members:

Birthday Parties
Birthday Parties at Nanaimo Gymnastics
Join us for 1 hour of fun in our gymnastics facility, followed by 45 minutes in our party room to celebrate, eat cake and open presents!
Our instructors will lead the group through games, activities and circuits that are age appropriate, including time in the foam pit and other equipment.
Please note that all food, eating supplies and decorations are the responsibility of the parents. A small fridge and microwave are available for your convenience. The birthday party room has two long tables and approximately 24 chairs. Please bring tablecloths and decorations to personalize your event.

Sundays: 10:30am - 12:15pm (max 20 kids)
Sundays: 3:30pm - 5:15pm (max 10 kids)
Birthday Party Payment Policies
Birthday parties must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Refunds for parties will be given according to the following:
15-30 days prior to the date of party: full refund minus a $15 administrative fee;
7-14 days prior to the date of the party: full refund minus a $30 administrative fee;
No refunds will be given with less than 7 days notice of party.
