Brynn Cunnian
Brynn's journey from toddler and parent classes to securing gold at the Ocra Invitational 2023 is a testament to her lifelong commitment to Nanaimo Gymnastics. Brynn stands as a shining example of great determination, and dedication.

Brianna Rapanos
Brianna Rapanos, a dedicated gymnast who excelled in both provincial and high school competitions, earned a $1,000 bursary as part of the Grade 12 Scholarship Program in 2018. Brianna now proudly serves as our Recreational Program Coordinator and Competitive Coach.

Tatum DeSchutter
Tatum’s time at NGS has helped her achieve many accolades. In 2023, Tatum received an athletic scholarship to be a part of the Acrobatics and Tumbling team at Calvin University in Michigan. We are excited to see Tatum continue her athletic career at the NCAA level.
Mylah Vanden-Elsen
Mylah Vanden-Elsen dedication has led to Provincial and National competitions. Achievements include winning the 2019 Western Canadian All-Around Championship and receiving the esteemed Civic Award from the City of Nanaimo Mayor and Council for her outstanding Gold Medal Vault at the 2022 Western Canadian Championships.
Aylan Vincent
Aylan served as a dedicated member of our High School program, always supporting her teammates and proud to represent her school. As NDSS Gymnast of the Year 2022 Aylan exemplifies dedication and resilience, overcoming a foot fracture to take first place on the Island in Zone Championships.

Tihanna Wright
Tihanna is a former gold medalist at the 2019 Island Championships, was nominated as a finalist at the Nanaimo Sport Achievement Awards in the Female Junior Individual Athlete of the Year category, now actively is involved as a coach and office assistant at NGS. Tihanna recently made a comeback in her first adult competition post-retirement.
