Program Fees
Membership Fee:
Memberships are required for all Nanaimo Gymnastics School athletes. Our Nanaimo Gymnastics School membership year is July 1st - June 30th. Our membership is $20.
The Gymnastics BC and Gymnastics Canada membership year is September 1st - August 31st, and fees range from $17 to $175, depending on level of athlete.
All membership information is to be completed through our online registration.
Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.
Class Costs
​Our class costs are based on the total number of the athlete's training hours. We may break the total tuition into monthly payments for convenience. If the athlete has a scheduled absence, please notify the office for a cost adjustment.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the beginning of the session or monthly on the first week of every month.
NGS accepts Cash, Debit, E-transfer, and Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard).
Nanaimo Gymnastics is happy to offer a sibling discount of 5% discount per child for
children of the same family.
Withdrawal Policy
A one-month written notice to the office is required if your athlete is wishing to withdraw from any of our programs. The first month of programs are trial based and athletes can withdraw without the one-month written notice as long as it is communicated to the office in writing in the first four weeks.
Withdrawals will not be accepted after week 10 of programming, as no more registrations are accepted after this date.
Class Cancellations
Class cancellation due to staff sickness will be communicated by email to respective members who will be refunded at the class rate.
Please note that during the winter season, classes may be cancelled due to severe weather.
Updates will be posted to our website and social media pages. No refunds will be issued for classes cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, which are beyond our control.
