Halloween Week Oct 25 - 31
One community, two locations!
Serving Nanaimo Since 1979
We are one community with two locations, Rock City and Wilfert! Our gym is where stories unfold with strength, character, and grace, empowering individuals to cultivate their best selves. Our community has seen Island, Provincial, and National Champions flourish alongside individuals embracing the simple joys of fun and fitness.

We offer Preschool, Recreational, Competitive, Adaptive, Drop-in, and Field Trips.
