Women's Artistic Gymnastics Competitive Program

Our highly successful Women's Artistic Gymnastics Competitive Program includes athletes training at the provincial and the national level.
Entry into the Program is by assessment and invitation. Assessments are usually performed in May and athletes invited to start training in July. Competitive athletes train two to five times a week, depending on age, level and direction, and are required to commit for a full year; from July to June (some summer training mandatory). Commitments also include attendance to a minimum of 5 competitions during the Competitive Season, including some off island.
Athletes compete on all apparatus: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor Exercise, and are invited to move up in levels as they are deemed ready.
