Payment Policies

All Class registrations are now done online through Uplifter!

Membership Fee:
The membership cost is required for all members of the Nanaimo Gymnastics School and gives members membership status with both Gymnastics BC and Gymnastics Canada.  Memberships are payable once a year and are valid from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023.  Membership Fees are reduced to $35 for July and August
Summer Program Participants.

All memberships are non-refundable.  Membership information is to be completed through our online registration.

Payment Policy:
Payments for Summer Camps are due in full at the time of booking.
Payments for Summer Classes can be made in full or by monthly installments on the 1st of each month.
NGS accepts Cash, Cheque and Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard).

Refunds and credits will only be given in the event that Nanaimo Gymnastics School cancels a class, or with a Doctor's Note in the event of injury or illness, or with a minimum of one month's notice

We are happy to offer 10% off your 4th week of camp when you sign up for 3 full weeks!
