GYMNASTICS FUNDAMENTALS FOR PARKOUR:
Parkour is the activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing. At Nanaimo Gymnastics, we are pleased to safely teach the fundamentals of this creative sport, using flips, rotations and other means of locomotions!
** Please note that as of July 1st, 2019, the insurance regulations from our Provincial Sport Organization (Gymnastics BC) have changed. We are therefore no longer able to offer trampoline access to our Gymnastics Fundamentals for Parkour classes.
