High School Competitive Gymnastics
Are you a High School student interested in representing your school on a gymnastics team? Have you been doing gymnastics for a while and are now interested in taking the next step towards joining a competitive team and competing routines?
Entry into our High School program is by assessment and invitation. Assessment are usually performed in May and athletes are invited to start training during the summer. High School athletes train 3 times a week for a total of 6-12 hours depending on their level, and are required to commit for a full year; from July to June.

Commitments also includes attendance at both the High School Island Trials and High School Provincial Championships (upon qualification) during the Competitive Season.
This year's tryouts are scheduled for April 30, 2023.
